Just beyond Corpus Christi

The Texas Coastal Bend, a little further out.

What areas do I serve? Beyond Corpus Christi's city limits, the coast opens up into small towns and wide water, each with its own kind of magic. This page is my first-person introduction to the communities I serve there: Port Aransas, Rockport, Aransas Pass, and Lake Corpus Christi, and the life each one offers, from beach homes for sale in Port Aransas to Rockport waterfront homes.

The island

Port Aransas.

Charming beach-town energy, fishing, and island life

Port Aransas is pure beach-town energy: bright, easygoing, and full of island life. Fishing boats and sandy streets set the pace, and I love how a day there feels like a vacation that never quite ends.

If beach homes for sale in Port Aransas are on your list, this is where to start: the vacation-home energy here is part of why people come, and I know the island street by street.

The harbor town

Rockport.

A coastal arts community with a harbor at its heart

Rockport wraps you in laid-back Gulf charm, with a real arts community and a harbor at the center of it all. It's the kind of town where you wave at your neighbors, linger over galleries, and feel the coast in everything.

If you're searching Rockport homes for sale or a quiet waterfront address on Aransas Bay, I would love to walk you through what is out there right now.

The lake

Lake Corpus Christi.

Quiet lakefront living, fishing, boating, and getaways

Lake Corpus Christi is the Coastal Bend's quieter chapter: lakefront calm, fishing and boating, and getaways that feel a world away from the everyday. If your dream life is lived on the water at a slower speed, this is the place.

The bay town

Portland.

Waterfront living on the bay, with a small-town heart

Portland sits right across the bay from Corpus Christi, and the water is part of everyday life here. Canals and docks weave through the neighborhoods, and calm bay views are never far away. It has a small-town, close-knit feel you don't often find this close to a city.

In the morning, I love taking the drive over the harbor bridge with the bay sparkling on both sides. You reach downtown Corpus Christi in about 10 to 15 minutes, so Portland gives you real water living every single day with the city just a short drive away.

  • Bayfront neighborhoods with canals, docks, and water access

  • About 10 to 15 minutes to downtown Corpus Christi

  • A small-town pace with the coast at your doorstep
