1. Local Girl Energy
I know Corpus Christi and the wider Coastal Bend like the back of my hand. I can give directions by restaurants, remember what used to be in that shopping center, and still act like an Ocean Drive sunset is brand new information. I love this corner of the Gulf Coast for its water, its people, its food, and its "somehow everybody knows somebody" charm.
2. How Real Estate Became My Lane
I grew up in my grandmother's real estate office where Maps included paper and red and green pushoins.
I got into Coastal Bend real estate in 2009, and I've been a Texas REALTOR® ever since. What started as a career turned into one of the biggest parts of my life. I love the strategy, the negotiations, the marketing, the house tours, and yes, even the mildly dramatic group texts when we are trying to get to closing. What does a first-time buyer need to know? More than you might think, and less than you fear: I'll walk you through every step. Helping people move from one chapter to the next never gets old.
3. Behind The Business
There's the polished business side, and then there's the real-life side: coffee, content ideas in the car, too many tabs open, event planning, voice notes, Canva at midnight, and trying to make all the pieces fit. I'm building a brand that reflects all of me: real estate, wellness, local life, creativity, and connection.
4. Mom Of Teenagers
I'm a mom to two teenagers, which is basically a leadership program with snacks, driving, and surprise emotional plot twists. They are funny, talented, independent, and constantly reminding me that time is flying. Being their mom is my favorite role, even on the days when I'm apparently "doing too much."
5. The Faith Part
My faith has become a bigger part of my life in recent years, especially through seasons that stretched me. It has taught me to slow down, trust more, and stop trying to force every door open myself. I'm still learning, still growing, and very grateful for grace.
6. Wellness, But Make It Realistic
Real estate is my first love, but wellness is part of my story too. As an Isagenix associate, I've found products that help me feel better, age better, and look better, and a network of great people cheering each other on. When your home and your health both feel right, that's when your dream life really opens up.
7. What I Love Outside Of Work
I love a good local restaurant, a pretty event, a waterfront view, a girls' night, a strong cup of coffee, a beautiful house, a fun outfit, and any excuse to celebrate something. I'm happiest when I'm bringing people together, finding the good spots, or making ordinary life feel a little more special.
8. The Whole Point
I want people to feel comfortable with me. Like they can ask the question, say the thing, admit they're overwhelmed, or tell me what they really want next. Whether we're talking houses, health, business, or life in general, I'm here for the real conversation, not the perfect version.
